Roz's 'Wrist Wrench' 

'Wrist Wrench' is a simple set of stretches to help ease the pain in your wrists when you've been riding in town for long periods or Sports Bikes.

Roz's 'Neck Wrench'

'Neck Wrench' is a simple set of stretches to help ease the discomfort after wearing a helmet for long periods.

Roz's 'Leg Wrench'

'Leg Wrench' is a simple set of stretches to your hamstrings and shins to help prevent and ease pain in the lower leg and ankle. It also provides relief from kick-start injuries

Roz's 'Lower Back Wrench'

'Lower Back Wrench' are a set of stretches to ease and prevent lower back pain. Roz's exercises can be used before and after riding your bike.

Roz is a certified Pilates instructor and uses her knowledge of body exercises and stretches to remedy muscular complaints caused by riding bikes. Her stretches can also prevent long term injuries.
